Hurray for Spring!

Here at the Ludlow Casa we have been celebrating our Spring Break of Awesomeness! Name inspired by one of my favorite blogs- Sit a Spell
Her spring Break of awesomeness is a bit different as she actually has children who are old enough to break from something and mine just break from preschool. Not much stress there.
So our Spring Break of Awesomeness mostly is composed of going to a different park everyday. It also includes special trips to special stores that sell special pink ice cream! That is truly Awesomeness!
It's eating dinner outside because we can. It saying yes to an extra special drink or dessert. Is just being together and enjoying each other and the world God made us.

Ides of March

Today we celebrate the Ides of March. What is that?
It's only the modern day celebration of the day Julius Caesar was stabbed by his whole senate and friend- Marcus Brutus.
Now my brother is probably the only person I know who can still recite that famous speech of Brutus'. We had to memorize it in High school. It was a while ago.
I'll give you a taste-
Friends Romans Countrymen. Lend me your ears. I come to bury Caesar not to praise him.

And that's all I remember.

I just wanted to let you know I've not entirely given up blogging. And to give you a bit of useless trivia. You are welcome.

22 months

Well technically you didn't have an official 22 month date to celebrate in February. And well, I'm technically a week late! Happy 22 months babies!



You both love to say peek a boo. It sounds more like pee a boooooo. But I love it!


Elizabeth you love to wave and say bye bye to Dadda every morning. You are a daddy's girl. You love to hug wrestle and hug some more. You give Cosette hugs and say sorry after you steal her toys and we catch you to give them back. You have named your lovey Baby La-la. You love to make animal sounds and are loving to name peoples things. You can say Co-set. And it is so sweet to see you both give sister kisses. You have dancing in your soul. Wherever I hide Gianna's tap shoes you find them. And really any shoes. You love them all.


Pete and Repeat sat on a fence... This is you my little one. You LOVE to hear the last phrase we say and repeat it. You have so many words and you are so happy that when you use them we understand you and can help you. Tears have been replaced by smiles by you and mommy! You too love to name things and can use two word sentences. Like bye bye dada. Mommys drink. And Nannas shirt. My milk. Lots of mines and no's are being heard round here. And you- stop changing from a baby to a toddler!
