Yesterday we went to the DR. All is still good. We go back again Monday. I'm guessing that we will do retrieval at the end of next week sometime. We ordered more medicine and more 30 gauge needles.
Now, I don't know much about needles except some are big, some are long and some are big and long. I get my blood drawn every three days by the big and fat ones. John has to inject me with two types- the short and skinny (called sub- q's) and medium skinny ones. Well wouldn't you know it- we ran out of the skinny medium ones this week! So for 1 1/2 days I had to have the long fat ones- YIKES! We now have to good size- thank goodness.
We got back from Houston and I went to our church to help out with our Women's Ministry kick off event. We had planned for a large crowd of 250. We were all shocked when OVER 500 showed up!
We made a run to wal-mart and got more water and cookies so we were set, but still amazed!
I had a blast being able to help out and to be with women.
Today we rest- hope you get a chance to do the same!
