We put the house one the market on Tuesday and had an offer on Wednesday!
We are still in "talks" so nothing finalized yet, but really exciting!!!!!
We also put a offer on another house. Still in College Station, but a bit bigger.
Having 3 kids really makes the house get small fast!
Did you know that it takes a really long time from putting in an offer to closing on a house? Longer than you think. And it especially seems long when you want to move right away.

Everything seems to take forever when you are anxious to move on, but at least you had a quick offer. That's fantastic!
