This weekend we took Gianna to the beach. John and I have loved going to the beach since our honeymoon to Sanbel Island. For the past few years we have gone to Galveston for our anniversary. Last year my parents bought a house there. We spent many weekends last year down there fixing up the house which gave us a much needed break from the stress of infertility. So it was such a joy to get to take Gianna to the places that we dreamed of taking a child to. Like:
La Kings- the best old time soda shop that gives you change in 50 cent pieces
Sunflower Bakery- the best yummy bakery things
BENNO'S- amazing Cajun food!
And of course
the beach! We had so much fun. It was a tad cold to take a baby into the water, and yes I brought more than we needed to the beach, but see for your self how cute she is, and how much fun WE had!!!!!

How sweet! I love it! We went to the beach for our first anniversary too, but in March it was too cold! :)
