Lessons Learned

1. When you exercise with an audience of three expect there to be some distractions.
Toys and videos strewn all about from the always closed cabinet now being open.
2. When said audience is watching expect some help with form.
Momma, they have those things (hand weights) you need them too.
Oh baby I'm not sure where mine are.
Oh I do they are in the living room let me get them for you.
thanks.
3. Expect there to be some comments
Momma you aren't doing what they are doing.
I know Gianna. Want to come exercise with me?
No.
4. Expect there to be LOTS of distractions
Jumping Jacks with babies- Hard.
5. Someone will need you desperately
Changed a diaper. Called it a day.

We should research how many calories you burn in a day taking care of 3 kids! I bet its nothing to scoff at!

You are histerical! I know I don't have kids yet, but I can relate when I workout with our two big dogs out loose - they start thinking I'm playing with them!

Maybe the girls will get used to seeing you exercise so won't have so many helpful hints??!!
